Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Virus Battle mobile application ("the app", "the game"). By downloading, installing, or using Virus Battle, you accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the application.

Service Description

Virus Battle is a turn-based mobile combat game featuring PvP (player versus player) battles, a PvE adventure mode, virus collection, progression, and competitive elements.

We strive to keep the service continuously available, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game at any time, including features, content, or availability.

User Accounts

A guest account is created automatically when you first launch the game. You may optionally link your account with Apple or Google to protect your progress.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. An unlinked guest account may be lost if you uninstall the app or switch devices.

Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts, or using another person's account, is not permitted.

Acceptable Use

When using Virus Battle, you agree NOT to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party software to gain unfair advantages
• Manipulate, automate, or interfere with the game's operation or its servers
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use offensive, vulgar, or impersonating usernames
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Use the game for any illegal activity

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account removal, at our discretion.

Virtual Currency and Items

The game includes virtual currency and items (viruses, capsules, emotes, upgrades, etc.). These items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable outside the game.

You can earn currency and items by playing, through daily rewards, or by watching optional rewarded advertising. Ad rewards are voluntary and subject to daily limits.

Any in-app purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and is subject to their respective refund policies. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any virtual item or feature.

Advertising

Virus Battle shows optional, rewarded advertising through Google AdMob. Watching an ad is always voluntary. Data processing related to advertising is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All Virus Battle content — including code, art, characters, designs, text, music, and branding — is owned by Virus Battle or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the game.

Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virus Battle is not liable for loss of progress, data, or virtual items, nor for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the game, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm other players or the service.

You may stop using the application at any time. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Virus Battle after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico.
